Understanding Tiers in the Aram App

Earn rewards every time you dine, order takeaway, or get home delivery. Here's how our tier system works.

Beginner → Bronze → Silver → Gold → Platinum

Your tier is based on activity from the past year

Higher Tier = More Rewards

Earn up to 16% back on every order

Two Types of Points

The Aram App has two different point systems that work together to reward you:

XP (Experience Points)

Your gaming score that determines your tier level.

  • Earned with every order
  • Determines your tier status
  • Based on rolling 365 days
  • Cannot be redeemed or spent

Loyalty Points

Spendable currency for discounts on orders.

  • Earned with every order
  • Same percentage as your tier
  • Can be redeemed for food orders
  • Use like cash when ordering

The Five Tiers

Your tier is determined by the total XP you've earned in the past 365 days. Higher tiers unlock better earning rates for both XP and Loyalty Points.

0 – 499 XP

How the Rolling Year Works

Your tier is determined by the XP you've earned in the past 365 days — not a calendar year. This means the system looks back exactly one year from today.

What this means for you:

If you order frequently, your XP keeps growing and you move up tiers. If you take a long break from ordering, older XP will gradually expire (after 365 days), and your tier may decrease.

Tip: Regular dining keeps your tier high! Even small orders count toward maintaining your status and earning rewards.

Do I earn XP on all types of orders?
Yes! You earn XP whether you dine in at the restaurant, place a takeaway order, or order home delivery through the app.
Can I lose my tier?
Your tier can change if your XP total from the past 365 days drops below the threshold for your current tier. This usually happens after a long break from ordering, as older XP expires.
How do I use my Loyalty Points?
When placing an order, you'll see an option to redeem your Loyalty Points at checkout. Points can be used like cash to reduce your order total.
Will I be notified when my tier changes?
Yes! You'll receive a notification whenever you move up or down a tier, along with details about your new earning rate and how much XP you need to reach the next level.
