Welcome to Hotel Aram. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation or using any of our services. By booking a room, dining at our restaurants, using our banquet facilities, or availing any other service at Hotel Aram, you agree to these terms.
Hotel Aram is operated by New Aram Restaurant and Lodging Boarding, located at Opp. DKV College, P.N. Marg, Jamnagar 361008, Gujarat, India.
1. Reservations
- All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Hotel Aram.
- To confirm a reservation, full payment or a valid credit/debit card guarantee may be required, depending on the rate plan selected.
- Online reservations made through our website are processed by ResAvenue, our third-party booking engine. By making a booking through our website, you also agree to ResAvenue's terms of service.
- Please ensure that the details provided during booking (name, contact number, dates) are accurate. Hotel Aram is not responsible for errors in guest-provided information.
- Room allocation is at the discretion of the hotel and may differ from specific room requests, though we will make every effort to accommodate preferences.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time: 1:00 PM (13:00 hours)
Check-out time: 12:00 PM noon (12:00 hours)
- Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and applicable charges.
- A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar card, passport, driving licence, voter ID, or other accepted ID) is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.
- Foreign nationals are required to present their passport and valid visa at check-in, as per Indian government regulations.
- Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in.

- Cancellations must be made by contacting the hotel directly via phone, email, or through the booking platform used.
- Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Special rates, promotional offers, or group bookings may have different cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

4. Payment
Payment for your stay is due at the time of check-in, unless prepaid at the time of booking. Hotel Aram accepts the following payment methods:
- Cash
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
- Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, etc.)
- Net Banking
- Digital Wallets
For online bookings made through our website, payments are securely processed by ResAvenue.
5. Pet Policy
Hotel Aram is a pet-friendly hotel.
We welcome well-behaved pets at our property, subject to the following conditions:
- Please inform the hotel at the time of booking if you will be accompanied by a pet.
- Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier in all common areas (lobby, corridors, restaurants, banquet halls).
- Guests are fully responsible for the behaviour of their pets and for any damage caused to hotel property, furnishings, or other guests' belongings.
- Pets must not be left unattended in the room.
- The hotel reserves the right to charge a cleaning or damage fee if necessary.
- Service animals and assistance dogs are always welcome.
6. Vegetarian Policy
Hotel Aram is a pure vegetarian establishment. Non-vegetarian food items are not permitted on the premises, including in guest rooms, restaurants, banquet halls, and all common areas. This policy applies to outside food as well.
Our restaurants serve a wide range of vegetarian and Jain cuisine, including award-winning dishes prepared with pure ghee.
7. Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, restaurants, banquet halls, lobbies, and corridors. A designated outdoor smoking area is available. Guests found smoking in non-designated areas may be charged a cleaning fee.
8. Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards other guests, hotel staff, and hotel property.
- The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs or substances is strictly prohibited on the premises.
- Any behaviour deemed disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate by the management may result in immediate eviction from the hotel without a refund.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay. Charges for damages will be billed to the guest.
9. Liability
- Hotel Aram is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings, valuables, or vehicles during their stay. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables.
- The hotel is not responsible for any injury, illness, or inconvenience arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, water disruptions, or government-imposed restrictions.
- The hotel's total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the guest for the stay in question.
10. Banquets & Events
- Banquet and event bookings are subject to a separate booking agreement and terms, which will be provided at the time of enquiry.
- Advance payment is required to confirm banquet bookings. The amount and payment schedule will be specified in the booking agreement.
- Cancellation terms for banquets and events may differ from room booking cancellation terms.
- The vegetarian policy applies to all banquet and event catering provided by Hotel Aram.

Guests who book directly through our website (hotelaram.in) or by contacting the hotel may enjoy exclusive benefits not available through third-party booking platforms. These may include:
- Zero cancellation charges (up to 5 days before arrival)
- Free airport/railway station pickup
