At the time of check-in, we collect:

2.3 When You Use the Hotel Aram App (Home Delivery)

The Hotel Aram app is available on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. When you create an account and use the app, we collect:

  • Mobile phone number (used for login via OTP)

  • GPS/device location (to detect your location and enable accurate delivery)
  • Order history and food preferences
  • Payment information (for online payments, processed through our payment gateway)

For the Hotel Aram app: Other than the payment gateway for processing online transactions, we do not share your personal information (phone number, email, delivery address, or order history) with any third party.

  • Our website uses HTTPS encryption for secure data transmission.
  • App and user data is stored on secure servers hosted by HostGator.
