1- Reservation Policies:
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by
New Aram Restaurant & Lodging Boarding.
To confirm your reservation, full payment or a valid credit card guarantee may be required.
Check-in time is from 13 PM to 12 PM, and check-out time is from 10 AM to 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
2- Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate and dates of your reservation. Please refer to your reservation confirmation for details.
Cancellations made within the specified period are subject to cancellation fees.
3- Payment Policy:
Payment for your stay is due upon check-in unless otherwise specified in your reservation confirmation.
We accept cash, Upi, and other forms of payment as specified by the management.
4- General Policies:
Guests must be at least 18 years old to check-in.
Valid government-issued identification is required at the time of check-in.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. A designated smoking area is available.
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
The use of illegal drugs or substances is strictly prohibited.
Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the hotel property during their stay.
5- Non-Vegetarian Policy:
Please note that
New Aram Restaurant & Lodging Boarding is a vegetarian-friendly establishment. Non-vegetarian food items are not allowed on the premises.
6-Unmarried Couples Policy:
Unmarried couples are strictly not allowed, and Hotel Aram respects the local cultural norms and values. As such, couples may be required to provide proof of marriage upon check-in. Management reserves the right to deny accommodation to unmarried couples.
7- Liability Disclaimer:
New Aram Restaurant & Lodging Boarding is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused during your stay, including but not limited to accidents, theft, or natural disasters.
8- Guest Conduct:
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards other guests and hotel staff.
Any behaviour deemed disruptive or inappropriate by management may result in eviction from the premises without a refund.
9- Privacy Policy:
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.
10- Changes to Terms and Conditions:
