Conference Halls in Jamnagar
Sapphire Hall and Crystal Hall are air-conditioned halls for up to 300 people each, with Bose sound, conference microphones, a Full HD laser projector, and generator and UPS backup. Crystal divides into two rooms for breakout sessions, and delegates can stay on site in the hotel’s 38 rooms.

Sapphire’s pillar-less floor keeps sightlines clear from every seat, with conference microphones and the laser projector for speakers.
Trainings and workshops
Use Crystal as one room, or divide it into Crystal 1 and Crystal 2 for breakout groups and parallel sessions.
Product launches and dealer meets
Present in Sapphire Hall, then move out onto Skyline next door for dinner under the open sky.
Board and team meetings
Crystal 1 or Crystal 2 on its own gives a smaller, acoustically treated room for a focused meeting.
Exhibitions and sales shows

With 38 rooms on site, out-of-town delegates can stay where the event is held.
Delegate stays and meals
- Rooms: 38 air-conditioned rooms and suites, each with Wi-Fi, a work desk, a TV, a kettle and a tea and coffee maker. Group rates for delegates on request; rates with breakfast are available.
- Meals: tea breaks, working lunches and dinners from our own kitchen, all 100% vegetarian. Delegates staying over also have 24-hour in-room dining.
- Timings: check-in 1:00 PM, check-out 12:00 noon, 24-hour front desk.
- Getting here: about 2 km from Jamnagar railway station and 8 km from the airport, with parking for event guests.
- Cars: our sister firm Aram Travels hires out cars with drivers for sightseeing and day trips.
