A pillar-less hall with Bose sound, conference microphones and a Full HD laser projector for photo and video slideshows. It opens onto Skyline, so the two work as one venue for up to 650 guests.

Crystal Hall

An acoustically treated hall with Bose sound and a projector. It divides into Crystal 1 and Crystal 2, which helps when two smaller functions run at the same time.

For up to 650 guests: Sapphire Hall opens onto Skyline, giving 7,500+ sq ft indoors and out, so guests can move between the air-conditioned hall and the open-air rooftop. For a smaller private dinner, 360 The Rooftop, our open-air rooftop restaurant, can also be booked.

Outstation relatives can stay where the functions are. Hotel Aram has 38 air-conditioned rooms and suites, and group rates for wedding guests are available on request.

Deluxe and Super Deluxe rooms (king or twin, 290 and 350 sq ft) for up to 3 guests.
Executive Suite (450 sq ft) and Royal Suite (800 sq ft) for up to 4: room for the bride’s or groom’s family to get ready together.
Service Apartment (950 sq ft) for up to 5, with a living room, kitchenette and dressing room.
Check-in 1:00 PM, check-out 12:00 noon, 24-hour front desk.

Wedding planning checklist

A simple order of work for booking your venues with us.

Fix your dates and functions. Wedding-season dates (roughly November to February) and auspicious muhurat dates are the most in demand, so check availability as soon as your dates are set.
Estimate guests for each function. Numbers often differ between the haldi, sangeet, wedding and reception, and that decides which venue fits.
Visit the venues. See Crystal Hall, Sapphire Hall and Skyline, ideally at the time of day your function will be held.
Hold your dates. Send an enquiry or WhatsApp us for availability and a quote for the venues and catering.
Block rooms for outstation guests. Ask for group rates for wedding guests.
Choose your menus. All catering is in-house and pure vegetarian; we plan the menu with you.
Book your decorator, photographer and music. These are arranged by you, and your decorator can plan around the venue you have chosen.
Confirm final numbers and timings. Share the final guest count and the timing of each function with us before the day.
Plan transport. Aram Travels, our sister firm, hires out cars with drivers.

Up to 650 guests, with Skyline and Sapphire Hall booked together (7,500+ sq ft, open-air and air-conditioned side by side). Skyline alone takes up to 425 guests, and Crystal Hall and Sapphire Hall up to 300 each.
